We want you to love your Arganelle ritual. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at concierge@arganelle.ae with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
