We are incredibly sorry if your ritual has been delayed by a damaged bottle. Please take a photo of the damaged item and the box it arrived in.
Email these photos to concierge@arganelle.ae within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange for a complimentary replacement to be sent to you via express shipping. There is no need to return the broken glass; please dispose of it safely.
